Removing your NOVOTEST Lab executor account

To delete your executor account in the NOVOTEST Lab application, follow these steps:

– Launch the NOVOTEST Lab application;

– Open the Settings;

– In the “Executors” section, log into your account using the phone number specified during registration;

– Click on the “Delete executor account” button and confirm the deletion.

As a result, your executor account will be deleted immediately.

In this way the following data will deleted:

– executor’s name;

– executor’s phone number;

– executor’s e-mail;

– general information about the executor and a list of available devices;

– information about the location of the executor.

Deleting an executor account does not affect your measurement archive created in the NOVOTEST Lab application.

If necessary, you can re-create an executor account in the NOVOTEST Lab application by re-entering your data.
