Since Sept 2018 till Oct 2021,

we provided basic 3 (1+2) years free warranty period.

During 1-st year, all costs for servicing, repairing, etc. are covered by our company.

During 2-nd and 3-rd years, servicing, repairing, calibration are for free too, the user has to pay just for transportation to both sides.

 

Starting from Oct 2021 till Oct 2023,

the basic warranty period for NOVOTEST products is 1 year. Servicing, repairing and calibration are free, the user has to pay just for transportation to both sides.

 

Starting from Oct 2023,

the standard warranty for NOVOTEST products is 1 year, with free servicing, repairs, and calibration. Users are responsible for transportation costs to our facilities only.

 

Please note that our warranty specifically covers the devices and probes themselves and does not extend to items such as batteries, chargers, cables, and similar accessories. Additionally, for certain probes, the warranty period is 6 months.

 

However, for added peace of mind, we offer the option to extend the warranty for up to 5 years for an additional fee. During this warranty period, all costs associated with servicing and repairs are covered by our company, with shipping costs to and from our facilities being the responsibility of the customer.

Advantages of extended warranty:
1. Extension of the warranty on the devices up to 5 (1,2,3,5) years;
2. Free repair during the period of extended warranty;
3. Repair of the majority of faults not covered by the standard warranty (for example, damage caused by surges in line voltage);
4. You needn’t pay extra money for additional services in the future. Service, diagnostics and consultations are included in the extended warranty program.

 

If you wish to secure an extended warranty for your product, you will need to purchase an extended warranty certificate separately. The cost of the extended warranty typically ranges from 30% to 100% of the value of the product you have purchased.
