Calibration anvil for Sclerometer

The anvil is specifically designed for verifying the technical characteristics of concrete rebound hammer after every 1,000 impacts or once every three months.

Calibration certificate ILAC IEC/ISO17025 +$100.00

Total: $0.00

It is intended for indoor use and consists of a robust cylindrical base, into which a test plate made of hardened tool steel is embedded. The anvil also features a guide sleeve, securely attached to the base, that ensures the hammer remains perfectly perpendicular during impact, thus maintaining the accuracy of test results.

Application:

  • Purpose: Designed to control and verify the accuracy of Rebound hammer readings, ensuring they meet the specified standards.
  • Test procedure: To determine the accuracy of the readings, conduct 5 to 10 measurements, calculate the average, and compare it with the reference value provided in the anvil’s manual, considering the acceptable margin of error.
