Payment & Delivery
Contact us in the way that’s most convenient for you – via email, messenger, or by placing an order on our website.
Our specialists will contact you for a consultation, to confirm the order details, and to arrange the delivery method.
We will send you an invoice for order payment via T/T (SWIFT bank transfer) along with payment instructions.
Once we receive your order payment, we will notify you immediately and start preparing your order for shipment.
When the shipment is handed to the transport company, we will send you a tracking number to monitor it in the carrier’s system.
Payment Terms & Instructions
We currently accept payments via T/T (SWIFT bank transfer) in USD or EUR only.
Please make sure to send all payments directly to the official NOVOTEST account to avoid any delays or issues. Payments sent to an intermediary bank may be returned to the sender. Our SWIFT code may appear with or without extra characters (XXX) at the end—both versions are valid.
Important: All invoices are sent from email addresses ending in @novotest.biz. We may also contact you via our official WhatsApp numbers: +38 067 593 59 77 or +38 067 513 20 94.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped through reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, and Nova Post, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
Shipping Terms options:
- 1. CPT (Carriage Paid To): We manage the delivery, selecting the best option for cost and time based on your location and package specifications. Shipping costs are included in the invoice. Tracking information is provided upon dispatch. NOVOTEST handles export customs clearance, while the recipient is responsible for import clearance and associated fees.
- 2. FCA (Free Carrier): You arrange pickup with your chosen carrier, and we prepare the order for handoff. Please provide a completed air waybill (AWB) matching the invoice. Shipping costs are paid directly to your carrier. NOVOTEST manages export clearance, and the recipient is responsible for import.
Taxes & Duties
Please note that each country has its own regulations and requirements for importing various types of products. Import procedures and payment of applicable import duties and taxes will need to be handled in accordance with the laws and conditions specific to your country. Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and other related charges as required by local authorities.
