Information regarding shipments, 14 March 2022

Dear Colleagues,

Taking into account the recent events in Ukraine, with this letter, dated 14 March 2022, we would like to inform you that NOVOTEST are safe and well, and we continue to fully function in standard mode.

Nothing has changed in terms of company operation, both in production and in interaction with our partners, dealers and customers.

We do our best to maintain the availability of almost all devices in stock, in sufficient quantities and ready for shipment within 1-2 days.

In the current situation, shipments are available through our forwarder on CIP terms only, using a special service at low rates. The time frame for air delivery to any country is 2-3 weeks, depending on the country.

Currently and in the future, interruptions in the production and supply of NOVOTEST products are not expected.
